At Nitzan, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, but certain policies must be followed to ensure fairness. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for damages occurring during transit. However, if an item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product is sent, we will replace it or provide a refund. To process a refund, return, or exchange claim, customers must submit a proper unboxing video within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
